about US
certified EQ & leadership coach
I believe potential is everywhere, but confidence, resilience, and emotional strength are what allow it to fully show up.
As a coach, I work with leaders and teams to help them stay composed under pressure, make better decisions, communicate effectively, and lead with confidence. These are the same emotional intelligence skills that separate good leaders from great ones and they are the same skills young athletes need to thrive in sport and life.
As a parent of athletes, I understand the commitment families make. The early mornings. The practices. The travel. The financial and emotional investment. I also understand how difficult it can be to watch an athlete struggle with pressure, confidence, or setbacks when you know they are capable of more.
EQ for Young Athletes™ was created to bridge the gap traditional training often misses. Physical and technical skills matter. But without emotional intelligence, talent can stall, confidence can fade, and the joy of the game can be lost.
This program brings the same evidence based emotional intelligence frameworks used to develop high performing leaders into the world of youth and competitive sport. It helps athletes build self awareness, emotional control, resilience, communication, and leadership in a way that supports both performance and well being.
The work is led by a certified EQ i 2.0 practitioner and ICF trained Executive and Life Coach with over 15 years of experience developing leaders, teams, and high performers across organizational and performance settings. That experience now supports the next generation of athletes and future leaders.
My mission is simple. To help young athletes reach their full potential while protecting their confidence, resilience, and love of the game.
Because today’s athletes are not just competitors. They are our future leaders.
